David-Olivier Jaquet-Chiffelle is a full professor in forensic science and head of the UNIL Master program in forensic science, orientation digital investigation and identification. He accomplished his PhD thesis in mathematics at the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland. He spent a post-doc at Harvard University (Boston, USA) where he was also lecturer in the Department of mathematics. He strengthened his experience in cryptology while working for the Swiss government at the Swiss Federal Section of Cryptology. He has extensive experience in projects related to identity, security and privacy, ethics and cybersecurity, and is co-founder of VIP Research & Consulting Sàrl
